Ripped off
I went trustingly to this spa while on holiday in Bath...it was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime treat. Because I was so pleased with the results of the facial, I purchased, at what I later learned was an EXORBITANT PRICE, a skin care system. Once home, I went online to find I had been overcharged several times what the items were worth. I intend to contact the store to see if they will do anything to make this right. If they do, I'll let you know.
