Very underwhelmed. So many snagging issues on all building aspects. Time to react to a raft of queries always months. COVID is being used as excuse but it is just that...an excuse for poor workmanship. But over a year to do a 3 week job very badly? Project management poor. Process action slow and out of order of logical method. Treat Client's as numpties assuming you will just put up with shoddy work and I do listen to them on site conferring back to their main office loudly on mobiles hearing just that Will have to redo most work myself, certainly repair or cover it up to hide the embarrassment it is causing. I don't feel safe in my own home it is that bad and I have had Rambo moments in life without any concern to add context. I can not sell, move or live properly and it has cost me dearly. If I was to set up as a brain surgeon with my current level of inability, I'd be equally able. But this is just my experience and profound feeling but it has made a mountain out of a molehill when there was a crisis.

This company shouldn't be trading. Here's why. The people who manage this company do not care about you or your home/project. Our lounge extension suffered from subsidence and we decided to make a claim. Oh, if I knew this would ever happen to us, I would have gone through a private building company. We have been waiting for months, and months before they could give us a starting date that was convenient for us. (Covid and holiday excuses...) We were also unable to communicate with them for over three weeks after they removed the cracked floor. Yes, radio silence, no emails nothing. Even our dog is wondering what is going on here. After 11 years he doesn't understand why he can't go to the lounge. Anyway, I decided to join in and take over the project, because my wife was stressed and tired of it all. Then they continue to lie to the insurance, saying they did call us multiple times, well, untrue, as these calls never existed. We had electricians ready to come in but didn't know it was the right timing. So we cancel it. Eventually, they restart the work middle August. We are in mid-September and still unable to use our lounge. Also had to reschedule the flooring guys again due to delays. This is going to be well over 4 months, by the time we finish to refresh walls and amend the mess made by Roywood contractors. I learned that they've been submerged by other jobs, and that the home insurance company keeps feeding them with more. I wonder why. I will label the flooring and ceiling work, okay, (because cement is not level in some parts) but the rest of it is pretty ugly. ( plastering, painting and finishing are unacceptable) see pics attached. It's a shame because some of their employees who work there are nice and professional. But, unfortunately, we need to review this company and make people aware of the facts in case you (reader) have to deal with them. Advice, do not use them, ask your insurance company to pick someone else as they will never ever finish the work up to a respectful standard. Shame I can't attach the photos.
