Lovely clothes
Other reviews on line seem a bit harsh - went once and found the shop closed (lunchtime), went back next day, open, friendly, helpful, lovely clothes - spent quite a lot of money and will be going back!

Disappointed mother of groom
I visited Ruby's last year and found a lovely mother of bride/groom outfit, the owner had a "feeling" it was already spoken for so promised me she would have no problem in ordering an identical outfit for me. She took my telephone number and never once contacted me, I called in and telephoned several times over the next 8 weeks and there was always some excuse why she could not let me know when the outfit would arrive. Eventually I went elsewhere and spent much more money - no-one ever did contact me!
