This has always been an ideal starting place as it is in between up & down town. Although you'd need a taxi to get up town unless it was really nice weather and you didn't mind the walk up the steep hill. This does get busy from about half seven to eight o'clock. The DJ also seems to think extremely loud music is a good idea in such a small room. It becomes hard to have any kind of group conversation, in fact you have to invade people's personal space to even be heard. I cannot comment on the food as I have never eaten here. The place is okay for an hour, no more. The crowd tend to be the over thirties still clinging to the hope they're not past it and still trendy
