bad service

ABSOLUTLEY APPAULING SERVICE. READ THIS BEFORE USING THIS GARAGE - STRONGLY RECCOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE!! i had a lot of work done by this garage - new dashboard, bumper, bonnet, relay, purge valve. The work was done however my bumper still does not clip in correctly and, bumper was fitted with gaps down either side and not alighned correctly. I had an on going electrical fault and was told to change the purge valve the problem turned out to be a relay so i wasted money changing this valve and lots of time and inconvinences with my car randomly cutting out. Durek's (the mechanic) solution everytime was to remove the fault code (which he did numerous times) however not to diagnose it correctly and took around a month before he finally found and rectified the problem. The front end of my car has felt unsafe for awhile he has checked it and told me everything is fine and secure and there is no problem with the front end or steering. I have just been to ATS Tyres and after the mechanic drove my car for 5mins came back put it on the ramp and physically showed me the right wheel arm has movement in it and it should not and also play in the bushings which is very unsafe so i have booked it in tomorrow for the work to be done at ATS. I also gave Rudys autotek a piece of plastic grill to paint which i bought new from skoda already primed and ready to paint - a week later this small piece of plastic was still no painted with his excuse being he had a nephews party to go to at the weekend which did not explain why between Saturday to the following Friday it was still not done. very poor service and negligence - i could have had an accident if i continued to drive the car as it is and not had it checked by ATS and it would of been down to Rudy's autotek telling me the car was safe when infact it is not!!!!
