Careless Colour
I choose Rupert Hayes following a consultation. The next day following colour, my hair was brassy, with different colours at the roots to the ends. I contacted the salon; I was by this point a week away from my wedding, upon seeing the colour I was booked in for colour correction, consisting of a full head of bleach highlights. The colour was much better than the first round. However, the hair underneath the top inch of hair and around the hairline had obvious patches where the foils had been placed one cm down from the root, which left darkness to the platinum hair I ended up with. Having grown my hair for my big day, I had to cut off several inches of my hair the day before my wedding as the two processes left my hair very damaged. The colour applications were not to a high standard, hair was not sectioned off and as a result left large areas of hair untouched, that with the drop in where the foils were place, left hair my hair with signs of regrowth, despite two applications of colour. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this salon.

Rupert Hayes hair dressing is definitely the one hair salon that springs to mind when someone is talking about a change or getting something done - I've recommended it to all my friends and now we all can't get enough! Having moved to Manchester from Dubai fairly recently, I was still trying to find a hair salon that didn't over charge and that knew how to deliver exactly what the client wanted. Sallie, the receptionist is always welcoming and knows what products and which stylist would be best suited for you. Hannah, one of the stylists is AMAZING! She is not only honest but she takes the time to fully understand what you want and gets it right every time. I can't wait to go back, and maybe this time i might add eye lash extensions to the list! Don't miss out on their new offers !

Excellent in Cutting!
I came to Rupert's hairdressing salon after not being impressed with the previous one. I'm very particular about my hair and if I have a good cut I'm a very very happy girl, if I have a bad cut not good. Rupert gave me fantastic consultation, all the staff there were amazing, the cut he gave me (whilst I felt fabulous and relaxed throughout), was so good, my hair hangs perfectly every day. Really Excellent!!!! I want to tell everyone about him. I'm looking forward to going back for the next cut, may be a slight style change me thinks!

Excellent!!!!! Well worth it!!!
I went in just before Xmas and had a brand new look, i had a chat with my stylist explaining what style i was looking for and believe me they know there stuff. They are so up with the trends and you have a good consulation with them, it is well worth getting your hair done at Rupert Hayes the service is lovely too very friendly and helpful. They have Fab products too like: Tigi, Bed Head etc. I have been again quite recently for another new look and again i came away feeling fabulous!!!!
