9 months ago I had my first visit at rush for my wedding day hair (brave I know) I had my mother, mother in law and 5 bridesmaids. It was a sunday and although they normally open at 10am they opened a couple of hours early for me and the service was amazing! Especially as they started very early for us. Since then My Sister, mother and I visit regularly (other bridesmaids are uni friends) and are always happy whoever we have. It is a little more expensive than most (K Rolt - did you check the price list first?? I just bought a new car but I checked how much it was before agreeing to buy it.) but you know you're getting hairdressers actually interested in doing your hair unlike many salons I've been to in Bury St Eds. I'll definately continue to go there as I can enjoy my visit just as much as get a great haircut and colour.

Expensive.
I recently went to Rush for a trim and luckily had a half price discount. I would have been charged 55 for a mediocre cut. The length of my hair on the left and right side are different lengths and the layers are uneven and looks messy. The staff was friendly and I was offered a tasty glass of juice and given a Lindt chocolate. The stylist listened to what I wanted, but in the end did what she thought was best. I am unlikely to go return for another cut.

finally a london salon in suffolk
My girlfriend has been going there since they opened & has always tried to get me to go there but Ive always liked my barber. I decided to tried them just before christmas and really enjoyed the experience. Although they r more expensive than most I thought it still value for money. friends of mine in london pay alot more and dont get better.

Poor service and way too expensive
A wor&k friend went to the BSE Arc Rush taking advantage of their half price opening offer. Four hours later she was relieved of over £120 (that was the half price) for a cut & colour bob that to me didn't look anything special. My girlfriend also went there for a re style and basically got what I'd describe as a trim and was charged £54. When asked what she thought she said it was horrible and the hairdresser got defensive. Neither will be using this place again.
