Adequate
Ruth is friendly enough. However I feel that she lacks the knowledge/experience to deal with someone who has significant issues. If you are just looking to talk to someone because you are feeling a bit down about life then Ruth is proberly a good choice. If you have deeper issues that are likely going to take a long time to work through then i wouldnt recommend Ruth. The sessions are not structured and there is no support outside of the session. Ruth also tends to pass the buck alot referring you to others for help even though that's what you are paying her for. so in conclusion, Ruth is a nice person but is better at dealing with "easier" challenges as opposed to anything harder.
