cowboy company

here is my true honest experience with this Tyre Company. Just over a month ago i dropped by to pick up a part worn Tyre as i was aware i had a slow puncture. Upon arrival to the Tyre Centre it looked abandoned, no reception, i had to walk in to get attention. I was then approached by a guy who wasn't presentable, pleasant or clued up communication skills. When i asked about payment he said it was cash only - (hmmmm... i should have spotted a crook then) but no... i gave him benefit of the doubt. i had my baby boy in the car with me so i thought surely he wouldn't do a rubbish job or scam me. He replaced my Tyre with the most dirtiest Tyre you can imagine, I was going to say something but i'm not the kind of person to speak up but i just figured it was just dirty and as it was raining anyway that the rain would wash it off. My main concern was for safety and just getting a Tyre that wasn't punctured. I paid in cash and left - no receipt was offered/given. a week later my car was MOT's and the Tyre pressures were checked. CONCLUSION: This company issued me with a punctured Tyre!!!! fact!!!! as i paid with cash and no receipt was issued i didn't even both contacting them to complain because i know they would probably deny it all. The guy was a con artist... a slobby lazy one at that... a crook! But worst of all, To fit a dirty punctured part worn Tyre to car carrying a baby on board - well that's just immoral and sickening. I don't know how he sleeps at night. Had i not noticed sooner - my child's life could have been at risk. A total cowboy company.. AVOID!!! Recommend this Tyre service? --- NEVER!! LAURA THOMSON
