Rutland Lodge is located in the Wellswood Conservation area of Torquay, with off road parking, five minutes walk from Wellswood parade of shops and ten minutes walk down to the Marina. The room are luxuriously furnished with Rest-Assured pocket/memory foam mattresses and 37" plasma TVs with CD/DVD players. Bathrooms are clad in marble with either roll-top baths or walk-in showers. A pressurized water system provided plenty of hot water. A continental breakfast is served in the conservatory from 8am to 10am. Here's where we're different I live next door so Rutland is just for guests. You are most welcome to stay in the conservatory and adjacent sitting room.
