VERY UNRELIABLE SERVICE

Totally Unreliable - do not use S & R Cars (also known as First Choice Cars). We were completely let down on our daughter's wedding day! In May we booked an 8-seater taxi (Steve of First Choice/S & R Cars) to take mother of bride, sister of bride, 4 bridesmaids & photographer from the bride's house to the church in August , to arrive at 12.30pm for the service at 1pm. At 12.35pm on the wedding day, with no sign of the taxi, the bride's mother left messages on both Steve's mobile & landline phones - nobody answered. The bride & her father were in the wedding car, ready to go, but with no transport for the rest of the party, we had to resort to a VW Polo which did 2 trips to & from the church to take all of us there. Having had no response to our voicemail messages, we then emailed Steve of S & R Cars/First Choice two days after the wedding to ask what the reason for his non-appearance was. We received no reply & no apology whatsoever. A couple of days later we published a bad review which finally prompted a lacklustre response but it was too little, too late. This is absolutely APPALLING service - everyone should avoid S & R Cars/First Choice Cars at all costs. DO NOT USE THEM - they are totally unreliable.
