Aftercare who don't care
Bought 2 seater lazyboy recliner and 3 seater sofa Oct2015, within 2 weeks a groaning noise came when recliner used. 2 technicians seen it, both saying to much padding and the noise was leather rubbing, scs aftercare said nothing can be done. Sent letter of complaint, received phone call after 2 weeks saying they cant do anything. Said why don't they replace it but was told nothing was wrong with it. The lady would not even accept it should not make the noise. I have phoned Lazyboy who say should not make any noise. They simply do not care. Do not purchase anything from SCS.
