Very bad treatment when buying a car

SDR autos sold me a car for my father in law via ebay. After paying over the phone by debit card, and arranging transport, I sat back to await the arrival of the vehicle. The day before the car was due to be delivered they called me and (get this) cancelled the deal saying that they dont accept debit card payments over the phone! As they had already taken payment in full I pointed out to them that the vehicle was legally mine. They were, however, not having any of it and refused to allow the vehicle to leave. They wasted my time, wasted the transport company's time, and left my elderly father in law upset and confused. I would advise avoiding these guys as they dont seem to know even the basic elements of English law, and certainly have little regard for customer satisfaction.
