JUST DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Worst experience ever with our booking. Coach was old, dirty, full of rubbish, with sunroof broken detached from the top which was dangerous, driver was unprofessional, talking at the phone all day while driving! Got a mobile number of the driver and then driver had an other number.... I had to refund my client who was not happy obviously. I paid (all in advance of course) for a service expecting some standard and received a bad service. Asked for a refund and SMC just told me it was a sub contractors fault, and it was not their intentions. All they could offered was a 30£ discount on next booking, and then after 300 emails, a 50£ refund, that doesn't cover even 10% of my loss. Don't trust this company.

Fantastic
I had the pleasure of dealing with the SMC team whilst organising a recent work event. They made the process so simple and straight forward. Thanks to everyone that helped with our booking. We will definitively be using SMC coach hire again.

Great service
What can I say the service was spectacular from start to finish. Big thanks to Tony our driver for dealing with our hangovers the next day. Tony even stopped so we could get a bacon butty to nurse our heads. What a star

It is not what is expected to be
Very good on line presentation, very open and fast on services offering, but unfortunately the nice facing is only to chouse... My experience on using their "proffesional" services costs me the advance...Better than loosing the total value... Be attentive at this company...

Great service
I was very happy with SMC coach hire I was let down by another company 12 hours before we where due to travel to amsterdam on our rugby tour. Jess was very helpful and managed to arrange the journey within an hour. very please our coach driver dave was a laugh and put up with our banter throughout
