I put my full trust into this man - Slawomir Slawnowosadzki (AKA Slavek). I have to ask why there are no photos of finished bathrooms on this site!! Very keen to please us prior to the work starting, said everything we wanted to hear, nothing was a problem - he would do whatever the customer wanted, took on the job immediately, and applied an NHS discount as avertised on this website. 1) Work started OK (removing of old tiles). 2) Went on holiday, reassured re-tiling and plumbing work ongoing and near completion, Slavek asked about payment - I paid him in full in trust, work was promised to be finished *VERY WELL* 3) I returned 7 days later in complete shock. The bathroom untouched, unplumbed, with the work which had been carried out shoddy. 4) Slavek promised to return to complete the work, and then announced he couldnt finish the job. 5) He promised to refund me the cost of getting the work complete. 6) Tradesmen have refused to finish off the bathroom due to the poor workmanship carried out by Slavek. 7) Myself and family members have slowly had to finish the bathroom - the majority of Slaveks work has been a botched, making it a real pain to sort. The work carried it is not done by a qualified tiler or plumber. 8) There have been various excuses why the job was abandoned. Divorces / court / underquoted the job /has lost money on the job / giving the NHS and claims that certain jobs werent part of the agreement - Completely dishonest. 9) The worst part is Slavek has done absolutely nothing to make this right. 10) We were left without a toilet/shower/sink for over a week. - PROBLEMS- Rough cut tiles. Uneven tiles (on a straight all). Celing / tile meeting point unfinished. Completely lost multiple tile spacers Grout missing - shower/bath not watertight. Shower inlet leaking behind new tiles. Shower inlet glued into tiles (instead of dril/screw). Radiator wall brackets botched - attempted to glue/ wrap plumbing tape around screws and wall plugs. Broke toilet cistern. Didnt plum radiator/sink/toilet. Sink taps put on wrong way and leaking. Didnt measure sink properly before cutting new worktop. Left rubble/waste Made a mess of hall walls. Made personal threats towards me whenever I have asked for my money back. I have asked for 50% refund - he laughed and told me I would be lucky to get anything, further threatening me. Other tradesmen wouldn't touch the place without ripping the whole lot out. We are exhausted by the whole experience He took our money, made a mess of the work, then ran off.
