About myself

Steven is the director of S W D Surveying Limited and has a broad range of experience that has been developed in private practice over many years. This has comprised of projects both within the public and private sectors. Over the last five years Steven has specifically been involved with a number of large complex projects, including fabric repairs and electrical mains replacement to a Grade II listed building, creation of a pharmacy on a confined site (whilst the adjoining commercial property was still in use), extension and refurbishment of a resident care home, whilst in occupation. He has been involved in all aspects of the building process from initial conception, through survey, feasibility, preparation of specification and drawings, tendering, supervision of works on site and agreement of final accounts.

Steven is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, qualifying in 2007, as well as becoming a Registered Member of the Association for Project Safety in 2010.
