The training firm, based at King Street Industrial Estate, Langtoft, near Bourne, is delivering the Skills for Jobs programme in partnership with TCHC, the East of England funding organisation. Of the new initiative, Safe-T-Solutions director Vicki Appleyard said: "This means that we are able to provide a number of solutions to benefit employers which should give a boost to jobs." The new funding will mean that Safe-T-Solutions could now offer free skills matched and job ready candidates to suit the recruitment needs of local employers. Free training will be given to any of the candidates who they employ as well as ongoing support to the new employees to help them through the transitional period of getting back into work. In addition, discounted training is offered to other employees who require the same skills, and information on Government bonuses for taking on long-term unemployed candidates. These measures, in the form of heavily subsidised training, could prove a cost-effective solution to recruitment for local employers. The company is now actively seeking employers to be matched to candidates who are looking for jobs.
