We offer a number of services to resolve most or all computer problems / issues or we can tailor make a service / solution to resolve the problem or request. All our services are 28 per hour for home users and 35 for Small Businesses and Home Offices - Not For Profit / Charities - 30 per hour excluding hardware supply and installation. We also offer a advice, supply and installation of computers, laptops setup and optimized for use and built / specified for your use and to suit your budget, solutions that won't cost the earth. 14+ years of experience and knowledge in IT / Computing systems and support, working previously in private, public and education sectors.

Safemode Computer Services was established in 2010 by Simon Gready and I have over 15 years experience in IT and computing.

We are located @ The Hive, Beaufighter Road (next to The Landing Light Pub), Weston-super-Mare, BS24 8EE. Covering all versions of Windows, pc fault-finding and trouble-shooting, home network broadband solutions, windows reinstallations and upgrades.

We are proficient in home PC support with many years of experience in this field. I have also worked in public, private and education sector , working in Primary Schools and Children's Centres.

We provide a speedy, reactive and proactive service, attending to call outs and requests for support very quickly, we also offer remote support service and remote support packages. We offer a professional service believing in communication and high standards of work at very competitive prices. Based in St Georges, Weston-Super-Mare, we cover North Somerset and parts of Somerset.

We are open by appointment @ Office 7 - First Floor, The Hive, Beaufighter Road (next to the Landing Light Pub)
At other this and other times we offer home or small business visits and also can collect and return machines. We can conduct some of our services in the home or office place or it may be better to return your system or systems to our workshop for attention.
