About
We offer tuition in A-level Maths and Further Maths as well undergraduate courses with mathematical content. We prepare students for university entrance, including Oxford and Cambridge, and provide enrichment courses in mathematics. Teaching takes place in York and in Harrogate.
Trade Bodies / Associations
We are members of the Further Maths Network and are registered with the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics and with Young, Gifted and Talented.
Specialist Services
We also run "Don't Skateboard in the Hallways", an enrichment programme for state-educated sixth form students, which aims to give them the best possible preparation for university.

I owe my University Life to Salingers. The tuition at Salingers was not just tution, it was more of a life tuition and helped me get through some sticky situtations offering invaluable life academic advice; helping me make the right decisions. Extremely recommended

Maths tuition at it's best!
After having a few tuition teachers in Maths I have to say Salingers was beyond the best. The tutor I had helped me through my final year of A level Maths. My tutor was very clear and I never felt pressured around him, especially if I got something wrong, which I often did. I highly recommend Salingers if you are searching for a fun, helpful maths tutor.

Highly Recommended
Thanks to the excellent tuition and support I received from Salinger's, I was able to gain an A grade in my Further Mathematics A Level. The tuition was challenging, engaging and perfectly tailored to suit. A must for anyone seeking higher level maths tuition.

Excellent tuition
I owe my further maths a level entirely to Salingers, without which there isn't a chance I would've achieved my A. Not only did the Salingers tuition vastly improve my A level grades, it also offered invaluable advice in selecting university courses and preparing for Oxbridge. Strongly recommended
