Never buy online from Sally express
they only sent half of the items I ordered and all emails go unanswered. Customer service poor and i am still waiting for the rest of my order after 3 weeks. Of course they didn't forget to charge my card!

They sent the wrong item and when I returned it to them didn't refund my money even though they confirmed they had received it when I spoke to them on the phone. Emails and letters to them go unanswered.
