Salsa En Manchester was founded by Vladimir Cativo known as DJ Vlad Nrg Latino.

Salsa En Manchester is an organization created for the purpose of promoting Salsa dancing in general.
We embrace all national and international comunities living in Manchester. We provide a place where you can join us for weekly Salsa parties, classes, events, shows & live bands.

We are aiming to unite people with the same passion for Salsa and Latin life.
Our family is as diverse as the cultural fabric of Manchester. Anyyone who visits our parties, is part of our family. When people step thruogh our doors, they enter into a variety of Latin rhythms, flavours and passion.
Our goal is to create the most authentic atmosphere and make our family always feel welcome, satisfied and happy.

Who is DJ-Vlad??

DJ-Vlad is a Professional Latino DJ, Promoter & Musician from El Salvador, based in Manchester. He acquired a taste of Latin rhythms during his youth. He has sponsored and promoted many local events in addition to being a guest at many other venues. He has combined his services with others, creating unforgettable relationships and experiences. He is truly committed and loyal to his craft and continues working for Salsa.

He was the resident DJ for 8 Years at Copacabana Club. The club was a very well recognized venue by Salseros in Manchester and the whole UK. DJ-Vlad is the founder of various salsa groups such as, Salsa En Manchester, Latinos En Manchester, Dominicanos En Manchester, Peruanos En Manchester to mention but a few. He currently is the Salsa En Manchester resident DJ at Walkabout, holding Salsa Nights, every Friday and Saturday. He is continuing to work hard to keep Salsa alive, working in co-ordination with many local promoters, artists, dancers, teachers, events and even local bands.
