Worst possible service. Avoid at all cost.
I have handed in my phone for unblocking. They have had it now for over 5 weeks. The phone is not in the store to collect. They never know when it will be back, even when I requested it back - unlocked or not. They never call back as promised. They hardly ever answer their phone in store when you call for a status update. Use them at your peril.
