sand and sealed

I was looking for someone to sand my solid oak floors in my dinning room and lounge, these had been laid some time ago and needed re-sanding and sealing. By Googling floor sanding in Nottingham I found Sand & Sealed and they proved to be a great find. I was looking for a one man company because in my experience large companies don't care and often sub sub contract. Christian came promptly at the date and time agreed in a van that looked just like his web site (clean and smart). The job had previously been clearly explained and the floors had been cleared of all furniture. He started work immediately, and proceeded to work very hard throughout the job. I had anticipated that there would be lots of dust, THERE WAS NONE! The sanding was very even and the sealing done beautifully. I would have no hesitation in recommending unconditionally Sand & Sealed to anyone, Christian did a wonderful job in my house which has been much admired by all my neighbours and myself.
