DISGUSTING COMPANY
I had them over twice and both times different cleaners! On the second instance a Asian lady came and offered to work for me privately cash in hand and I refused as she would not have been insured, The company must be paying her peanuts as they were charging me £11.50 per hour. I get a call the following day that I approached her to work for me privately. Today I get a call from the manager at 01.10am that I am harassing the carer. I am a leg amputee and my other leg is paralysed and can one imagine getting a call at that time in the night!!! They do t have enough cleaners as they don’t pay them the minimum wage I think this the cleaners don’t want to work for them! I am reporting them as that is no time to call a client for whatever reason! DISGUSTING!!!
