Horrible & Unprofessional

Found these guys to write a review from there phone number. They put a leaflet through my door with the name of Fabric clean and with the phone numbers 020 8773 3100 / 01959 562 910. Phone them up to book an appointment well in advance for my end of tenancy carper cleaning and booked an appointment on a Saturday at 1PM where I have to hand over the keys on the following Monday. Phones them up the day before the appointment to and confirmed the appointment with them. Surprise !!! At 11.45 PM on the date of the appointment I received a phone call from a women and she says they cant come in for cleaning because there cleaning guy is sick. I mentioned them my situation and the women laughed at me and said there is nothing she can do and asked me to find another cleaner and hung up. I tried calling them and they never answered again. AVOID AT ALL COST. FIND SOMEBODY RELIABLE.
