I am new to Pilates but completely in love with the studio. My favourite is Barre Plus. My friends tell me how my bum changed shape and my whole body is so toned now! My husband has joined and loves it. It is like a big family at the studio, we work hard but have fun too.

If you want results and fast!
I joined Sandrine's Pilates studio about 3 months ago. I have been doing Pilates for over 6 years and NEVER have been challenged that much! I realised that I wasn't doing PROPER pilates before. I also have a new body, look toned and slimmer! I love my classes at the studio and can make up my missed classes as they are open 7/7 with 55 classes a week.

Beautiful studio!
Excellent teaching in that beautiful studio! I love going to Sandrine's Pilates as everyone is so happy in that studio! We work very hard and happily can confirm that I have lost the weight I needed to lose in only 1 month! Sport massage is great too!
