A few years ago, We part exchanged a perfectly good Mercedes A class for a volvo v70 d5 auto. We had a problem with the gearbox which eventually had to be replaced for almost £2000. As I was working, I never had the time to complain. I had bought our A class for my wife from a local Mercedes dealer with low mileage. She had just passed her test, so I bought her a private reg. J18 CVG. This was supposed to be transferred over onto the volvo, which never happened despite being told it was in hand. There's nothing I can do now, but saddened by the other stories I'm hearing. Ironically, if he sold our A class on, whoever bought it, would have got a great car!

Finding Cugley
Have been robbed and cheated by Paul Cugley like many others I guess. Have tried to find him for the last 12 months then saw him going into Northavon Magistrates Court today where I gather there were a string of charges against him. The case was dealt with but as I was not one of the known victims the court were unable to give me details of the outcome or his whereabouts. I intend to see a solicitor tomorrow but any help on information as to where he is would be much appreciated

If I could put no stars I would. Do not buy a car from this person. The warantees are invalid and the car is full of problems costing me hundreds of pounds to sort out. dont buy a car from paul cugley or any of his family as you will pay them money and get a car that dont work. the have moved from hannam to fishpond and ive heard that hes also got another garrage in exmouth.

do not go any where near this place or it's owner Paul Cugley. They took my car, my money and I have nothing left. They have also moved so I cannot find them

car purchase
I bought a car of this firm 1 year ago for £4500, friendly polite service at first. Until I had a problem under the warranty which I had to pay out £500 to have fixed first on the understanding I would be re reimbursed through the guarantee. This has not been the case and I have been fobbed off ever since to the point were they wont return any calls. Also a bodge job on paintwork they did had bubbled which they wouldnt acknowledge. Not at all happy with the service
