Lousy Designers!!

Prices - Really expensive - Designs - nothing like originally agreed, different basin needed, loo etc, no concept of technical flaws or awkward shaped rooms - Their own installers - TOTALLLY unreliable, VERY slow, no communication, got everything wrong, even the dimmer they put in was wrong, tiles put the wrong way, had to rip off mosics on walls and floor, underfloor heating thus broken, had to be repaired, this now fuses whole house, the list just goes on - Customer Services - absolutely non existent, in fact insultingly so Guarantees - Worthless only verbal, no paperwork to back up - Time to fit small bathroom - four months and still not done and installer abandoned job - but you can always read this and see for yourself if you dare!! Oh and don't give them your bank details by phone, they keep and use as they want!! Their loyal Installers say all problems very common on all jobs
