From the moment I walked into Sargeant Carpets I felt that Craig looked after me with my brief to carpet a house we were refurbishing. Craig talked through various carpets and vinyls that would be suitable and let me borrow some samples. He then came to measure up and advised us about the best way to level out a very uneven concrete floor. On the date we had booked the fitters arrived and carried out a professional job. Despite the complications of having just re-opened for business after lockdown, once again Craig Sergeant and his team provided a great service in the selection and fitting of carpets, this time for our hall, stairs and landing. In the store Craig was respectful of social distancing and explained how the team would operate and the fitters were clearly aware of their company’s new rules and restrictions on how to get the job well done, without compromising their and our safety from the risk of infection. Having recently moved from Manchester to Bognor Regis at the beginning of the month, July, I had originally used a nationally-based carpet company, but they badly let me down. In fact they were disgraceful in service and manners – certainly NOT the right place for carpets.
