Nice cars. Poor customer service.
Sascron deal in high end cars and part-exchange cars. I'm sure the service you get with a £20k+ purchase is great, but if you're buying one of their part-exchange cars then be careful. The car I had my eye on was a little over-priced at £8k with some cosmetic damage, but after negotiating a decent reduction and a verbal agreement that the damage would be repaired, I handed over a desposit. James appeared to make arrangements for the car to be repaired, and we set a collection date for the following week. When I arrived to collect the car the damage had not been repaired and James had no recollection of the agreement, even when I explained that Sascron had kept the car for a week to repair it. It only cost me £60 to get the damage repaired, so I didn't do as badly as some of the other reviewers have experienced, but I couldn't be more disappointed with their service. The moral of this story is don't trust them and get anything you agree in writing. If you're not prepared to take the risk then go somewhere that cares about its customers and its reputation.

Very enjoyable process
I recently purchased a porsche 911 from this dealer. The buying process was super smooth and i am very happy with my new Porsche! Thanks James.
