Private Confidential Counselling in Dorset

I provide individual awareness based counselling and psychotherapy with confidentiality and complete privacy in Verwood in Dorset.  I create a therapeutic space and close relationship to each client with full attention. I build a relationship based on trust and respect. My clients feel safe enough to disclose and explore their concerns.
I  work in a Person Centred Integrative way. It means that anybody can come to me with various issues to be looked at and explored. I help clients see their situation more clearly.
Initial consultation session
If you'd like to make an appointment, the first step is to give me a call or send me a message by email to get in touch.  I can usually see you for your first appointment within 7 days. Once you've booked, I will email booking details to you as well as information about how to find me and what to expect.
I offer the first 30 min of the initial session for free  to discus the way I work and find out if I am the right therapist for you.
