Slammed by Telephonics
Telephonics illegally ceased my telephone lines from BT and then held our lines to ransom whilst demanding over £800 for line rental and early termination of my 'contract'. They try to get you to write "x agrees to pay all outstanding bills" before they will release the lines along with sending you debt letters from their 'solicitor'. Rude, agressive and abusive 'directors' who have done nothing but hinder day to day business. Do not send them a bill even to get a quote from them!!!

Ignorant cowboys
Told lie after lie, threatened & tried to intimidate us into paying £100's, until we realised they couldnt even get the spelling correct on their website let alone run a business!! Dot let them con you.

Can't believe how much I saved
Was a bit worried at first because I hadn't heard of Telephonics but I'm so glad I use them. The staff are great and treat you like a human, always so friendly. I had some problems with tranfering the line but that was down to BT, Telephonics soon sorted it for me. The prices are really cheap and offer great value for money

Great value, super service
I have used Telephonics for about three years now for my business and have never had a problem with them. Fantastic savings compared to BT and great customer service. Recommended.

Slamming, poor service
They took over my line from Bt without my permission then had the nerve to tell me they didn't know when my contract was due for renewal, they told me 2 weeks after the renewal date. I complained to Otello who made them release me from my so called contract. They are a disgrace to the telephoney industry. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE COWBOYS !!

Slamming scam
Telephonics have caused our business a lot of problems by taking our lines illegally from BT and cutting one of them off. They are also refusing to let us bring them back to BT and will not help us re-connect the missing line. Rude, unhelpful and ignorant staff.
