Poor poor poor

They came to fix leaks on Apex of roof ,agreed to replace one section of roof took £2750 including an extra £275 for replacement slates .Foolishly gave them the money when the job wasnt finished.This was last October 2019 they would just disappear not turn when they were suppose to be here and ever since I have had nothing but leaks, it has leaked the down bedroom wall exposing brickwork.There are slates hanging of the roof there are areas where slates just aren't flush.The felt under the slates is exposed and can be seen.When I look at the roof from the inside they have replaced some but not all of the timber.There are two valley boards that are so wet they just crumble in my hand . There are so many slate pieces just shoved in gapes between slates. There are gaps all over in between the slates.An expert got round to inspect it he laughed and said this is the most unprofessional job he'd witnessed.I have a so called 15 year guarantee and trying endlessly to get them to rectify their mistakes I have found the just ignore me they dont even answer me.I have sent over 80 messages to them regarding this. I am still left with a dangerous roof with slates ready to fall on people.My walls are wet , the roof timber is sodden and I'm still £2750 out of pocket.Here I am nearly 6 months March 2020 later same situation.I would advise anybody thinking of using these think very carefully and dont always fall promises and please read all the bad reviews they have.These guys said right at the beginning cowboy roofers give all the good roofers a bad name hahaha.I shall be taking this to Trustmark to get their inspection of the job done
