I have taken my dog for his grooming on 3-4 occasions to Scallwags and been happy with his hair cut. The young girls who work in the grooming parlour are enaging and friendly. However in the pet shop department, a lady in her late 40s-50s is aggressive and appears to be a bully to her staff. Her tone to customers and myself is angry and hostile. Please enter at your own risk! By nature I am happy go lucky person, how ever this is my forth time experiencing this lady being passive aggressive. To be honest i didnt think it was personal, she must hate her job or needs therapy. Unfortunately I will not be returning to Scallywags as a customer as I would be the fool to allow someone to talk to me in this manner. CC
