terrible service, avoid this agency
tried to buy a house through them, very stressful and the whole deal came to nothing because my offer wasn't forwarded to the owner. My own sale in turn fell through. Terse, rude emails from Fiona in reply to any queries politely raised. Won't deal with them ever again and advise others to avoid too. Awful.
