Extremely unprofessional
Regular visits to falt rated as clean & tidy, on moving out, claimed deductions as flat was 'filthy', during tennancy, staff were always rude

AVOID AT ALL COSTSS!!!!!
Rude staff, issues never followed up, important paperwork never recieved, unscheduled visits(breaching their own terms of the tennancy), imaginary deductions taken from deposit, there has to be better letting agents in the town, proceed at your own risk...
