First Class & Savings
We wanted a low cost service but wanted on rightmove etc that scot house move offer. Great service and sold within a few weeks. We can't understand why people still pay high street agents as we saved over £2000. We recommened if selling your home in Scotland.

Excellent Work
My property in Ayrshire has just been sold by the company. Got a fright when I was quoted so much by Countrywide & Slaters Hogg (over £2400) - so found these guys. All I can say was an excellent job done, friendly staff and very good savings for me. 5 star rating

SOLD SOLD SOLD
Thought i would share my experience. I got a Home Report from Allscot Surveryors who recommended scottish house move, as I saved on the home report thought I would see if they could same me in estate agency fees as well. My property was only worth £100K so the saving was only about £700 but £700 is better in my pocket. It took about 4 months to sell but all now done and dusted and having sold my last flat with another local agent, I could not have told you the difference in service. So I am happy to recommened the company.

Just thought I'd post a positive review about an estate agent (surely not you say !!!) - but after 6 months on the market I have just concluded my sale. guys were great and have an impressive team of staff and worked hard but the best thing was the cost of £499 plus vat that i paid as my local agents Slater hogg and Allen Harris quoted over £3K for the same service. So a big thumbs up...

Very good value for money
I have just sold my property and I found this service to be of good value. Instead of paying about £1600 all I paid was £495. I was always kept up to date and and have not one complaint about the company.
