jack is amazing love what he does
I went sh as ive heard alot about jack the hair dresser in there everyone that has a hair cut or colour is well happy and there hair look great well what can i say ilove him soo much the colour and cut is amazing i wouldnt have anyone else touch my hair my mum is now the same team jack all the way

Absolutely do not go to any of them
I've been to this hairdressers. They coloured my hair burgundy when i asked for dark blonde and i had to have it stripped. The one in wimbledon has coloured my hair three times, the last was supposed to be permanent. Each time it has washed out and you get told you have to use their reccomended products and that it's your fault it's washed out. They lie and rip you off. Don't go to any of them.

dissapointing
I went to SH several times but the third one was a nightmare and probably the last one! Jack was my hairdresser. On that visit I was not offerred a drin, he wnet to wash my hair which noramlly is not the case, not only did he treat my head as a piece of stained cloth that he rubbed very hard, pulled my hair and dropped a shapoo in my eye without realising it, the massage chair was completly pointless as he did not adjust it so my legs were literally hanging and I was very uncomfortable... But the worst was still to come... Once he finally started to cut my hair he kept going somewhere- another custmer whose hair was burned off by the dye- he concentrated on that so hard that he did a horrible job with me- he has cut steps in my hair! He did not ask what type of styling I wanted- instead he just used a round brush and pulled my hair so hard about five times that I had tears in my eyes and almost screamed but he did not bothered to look at my facial expression because his head was turned towards the lasy with the burned hair who was still unaware of the state of her hair at that stage. At the end I just wanted to get out of there so I paid and left as I was too embarrassed to complain on the spot... If you do go there- avoid him...

DONT BOTHER
I went to SH 3 months ago & was gutted i wasted my money. I went for a senior stylist & senior i got. she was in her 50`s & did not listen to anything i asked for,i only wanted a tidy up on the haircut i already had which had 1 layer, which I stated i only wanted the 1 layer,she layered it totally,gave me some old looking style. shampoo girl was wonderful & attentive (wicked head massage) the rest of the staff didnt have a smile between them & appeared to be snooty & above themselves,i find that when you 1st go into a shop you at least would like a friendly welcome. I paid for the haircut as i felt so uncomfortable & put it down to a bad experience & will not be going back.

Review
I went to SH a couple months ago and went as a hair model. The girl who cut and dyed my hair was really friendly, nice and did a good job. The colour came out so well!! The cut was nice too, but shorter than I originally wanted. I would go back there but only as a model!!

lovely colour ruined by bad hair cut
I went to SH 30.04.10. I had a wonderful colourist who did a great job of the colour. The problem started with the cut. Told the stylist I'd been growing my hair and wanted to grow it a bit more. Agreed that she'd trim it and shape it up. The first thing she did was chop off my hair at the ears. The end result was a very bad 80's nightmare. The senior stylist had to rescue it by cutting it all very short, which I HATE. I did not pay for the cut, but still had to pay £140 for the colour - a complete waste as I have no hair left!!
