Based in Wiltshire, the company consists of several key working areas; these include Key Holding, Mobile Patrols, Static guards, Guard Dog handlers, Drug Detection Dog handlers, Door supervisors and Close Protection operatives. All of our personnel work to a strict code of conduct, as well as enforcing a strict confidentiality policy.

Our security services are undertaken by experienced security operatives, comprising of mainly retired police officers and ex HM Forces and are fully licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA)

Security Guards

Manned Guarding
Search and Secure specialises in the provision of professional security personnel and offer a fully comprehensive contracted or bespoke manned guarding service on a 24 hour basis, covering commercial, construction and Rural Estates throughout the Country. Our Bespoke manned guarding solution allows you to decide, with our help, the best possible solution tailored to your specific needs. Whatever your type and level of security cover, we will provide the right security officer to fit your requirements. We invest a great deal in our security officers through training and management support to equip them with the skills required at the front line to represent both our customers and ourselves. Motivation is vitally important and our security officers are encouraged to excel in their roles, not only to deliver an excellent service but to enable them to develop strong relationships with our customers that are built on trust. We provide each customer with a dedicated point of contact who is responsible for maintaining the level of service our clients require, this will include Monthly client meetings and the introduction of site specific key performance indicators to ensure service level agreements are being met.

Mobile Patrols
Mobile patrols are carried out at random times so as not to set up a noticeable pattern. High profile warning boards will be provided to customers using the mobile patrol service. Criminals can never be sure when a mobile patrol will appear and so are less likely to target your business. Regular checks from a mobile patrol will also significantly reduce threat from fire, flood and vandalism.

Dog Services

? Where security officers may be limited by their sense of vision, a Security dog can detect, locate and indicate an intruder or potential threat. The mere presence of a properly trained Security dog also acts as a fantastic deterrent. Our dogs are trained to challenge intruders, track them and preserve evidence for the police.

? All dog teams return to us regularly with their handlers for continuous ongoing training and assessment.

? We provide security for business premises, industrial sites, building sites, schools, colleges, stables, yards, events and functions.

? We can offer you a mobile security patrol, to visit when it suits you, as many times a night as you wish. Alternatively, you may require a 24 hour a day presence.

? We can provide an alarm response. If your alarm sounds at any time of the day or night, we can attend to search the area for intruders, call the police as needed, and even undertake works to safely re-secure your property.
All of our Dog Handlers are trained by John Davidson M.B.I.P.D.T. (pictured above). John has over 25 years of dog handling and training experience. In 2007 he fought off strong competition from the Police, Prison Service, HM Forces and Security dog teams in the British Police and Services Canine Association Inter-Service Trials, to win the Victor Ludorum Cup which is the top prize awarded at the event.

All of our handlers carry out regular training with John to maintain a good operational standard and to ensure that they are equipped to deal with any situation they may reasonably be expected to encounter during their duty.
