Very Rude

My fiancee called on Friday for sebastian for a quote for our wedding in january. I was told by he wasnt in, but wil be in later in the afternoon. She called again and was told yet again he wasnt in. She called Monday and guess what? wasnt in. So i called this morning and was told he isnt in and asked " what do you want" i explained that we left a message and got no answer, the man who answered was extremely persistant so i told him i want to speak to the photographer. He slammed the phone down. i called back and asked for sebastian and guess what he was here, i got put on hold and was invited to " hello timewaster" i was shocked by this and asked if i thought i was somebody else i was told " go away, your Pi**ing me off i dont want your sort as customers" I have contacted watchdog and will advise nobody to part money with this company.
