AVOID!!
If I could give 0 stars, I would! We signed up for a cleaner, 3h every two weeks in the Docklands last year. The first time the cleaner did a good job, but very quickly it started to go downwards. We asked to change the cleaner, and the new one was ok the first few times. We decided to keep her until the contract run out, and we could find a new cleaner. Only when I cancelled the cleaning services, the cleaner and the agency started claiming that we had not paid the cleaner since April - meaning that she had not been paid for 6 months! This was uttely b*lls*it.. Who would have worked for that long without saying a word to ones agency? Also, if she had been paid cash - who could have proved if she had been paid or not? Luckely my tenant paid her through a bank transfer, so we had proof. I also have to say I trust my tenant, as she is a friend of mine and always pays on time! The cleaner also had rescheduled and cancelled several appointments, but tried to lie about it, she said that it was my tenants who had cancelled (It happened once that my tenants cancelled in 1 year. She had cancelled/rescheduled several times, we have proof by sms!) The cleaner was supposed to fill in a form each time she was coming, she did not do this. I know that the form was lying clearly visible on the livingroom table, as I stopped by the flat a couple of times and always saw it... So, unless you like drama, and harassment (the cleaner sendt TONS of textmessages to my tenant after we cancelled the contract)... STAY AWAY !!
