Nick (Senator's on site security manager) and the Senator team are our eyes and ears on the ground plus they have the 24hr control room that monitors over 40 CCTV locations covering all our public space surveillance. Senator are a ‘value added' and proactive partner; assisting with special events, service/supplier coordination and sitting in on our planning and management team meetings – these guys really are a valued part of our Facilities Management and operational infrastructure.

Senator provide around 4000 hours of security manning per week, giving essential cover to critical areas of the college and supplying a forward thinking solution to our security needs. The contract is flexible and has the ability to work with our ever changing needs in order to provide a service above and beyond the agreed service levels required. They regularly achieve 95%-100% in KPI's which is testament to the service provided
