I was actually told to P*** off today by their elderly chap (sounds old to me anyway). After asking what thickness the cards were printed on, as we ordered 400gsm silk artboard and they feel like paper. After calling me a liar (which is ironic, i'll get to that) he then shouted at me when I said we will seek legal compensation, then told me to pee off! Last week, I ordered the wrong type (completely my fault) so I rang up where I was greeted with politeness and help, I said I can pay the extra but was advised that he would cancel it for me, the bank would only hold the money until 2am the next day where it would then be released. We found out this wasn't the case, the bank hold it for 11 days in case their company want to claim it. Which means 11 working days, over two weeks! As this order was almost £200 it has been too much to just "lose" for a few weeks. When my partner spoke to him about this he just shouted at her saying she was calling him a thief. We paid extra for a clients order, because it's called customer care, we made a loss but kept a client, this company have no idea what that means. I would avoid them like the plague if you are looking for something they do, try someone else.

Shocking lack of customer service and the staff are uneducated and miserable as sin - they make so many mistakes and do not take responsibility the low prices do not make up for their negligence. Use them if you are desperately low on cash and do not mind your printing arriving incorrectly/late - expect to order reprints from another company. To sum them up in 3 words: ZREO CUSTOMER FOCUS

While some people say only those with bad things to say will leave a review, I beg to differ. If you look at reviews they are usually an even mix of positive and negative reviews. Not for SENSE CREATIVE however - every review has the same tone. Shocking lack of customer service. This firm is sure to go out of business one day with their behaviour towards customers. I have used this firm a few times this year and the straw that broke the camel's back was a combination of late deliveries, orders being printed wrong or not at all, and no consistency with reprints (colours etc). The nasty piece of work John Thompson who gets irrationally infuriated hangs up the phone on customers if they call to communicate issues due to Sense creative's negligence, and the employees seem very uneducated and incapable of communicating professionally, or even spelling things correctly in emails! I have had countless problems using this firm and never do they put them right as they should. They are an absolute nightmare to work with and I pity the MD John Thompson as he seems to be a bitter, grumpy old man with a real chip on his shoulder. This firm shows a disgusting lack of customer care. Be warned - do not use them, there are plenty of other cheap printers online who HAVE heard of the concepts of professionalism and customer care that you can find on search engines.

WARNING! DO NOT USE SENSE CREATIVE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Where do I start? This company are a complete nightmare to deal with. Don't be lured in by the cheap prices because you may very well end up paying another firm to reprint the job or pay by losing your nerves with their astounding lack of customer service. MD John Thompson is a nasty piece of work - he seems to be a miserable and bitter old man with a real chip on his shoulder. Sense creative often make mistakes and they often completely ignore you or refuse to put them right, and when you do eventually get in touch they are angry, unprofessional and in denial of their vile lack of customer service. They remind me of something you'd see on Watchdog. 1 word to describe them - USELESS.

Horrendously poor customer service - often orders turn up incorrect or not at all - when they make mistakes they ignore you and hang up the phone when you attempt to rectify. Desperate for money and I pity the director John - he must be a very miserable person with a chip on his shoulder because he is a total nightmare to deal with. Employee Andrew Thompson is unintelligent and unprofessional. THIS IS THE WORST PRINTING COMPANY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN 20 YEARS OF BUSINESS. Do not be fooled by low prices because you end up paying by dealing with incompetent, bitter, rude and brainless people who make claims and promises they fail to deliver on. Try jam jar print instead - cheap prices and good customer service. I shake my head in pity for anyone who contracts Sense creative!

Very poor customer service. First order took 3 weeks to arrive due to website problems and we had to upload artwork through wetransfer.com. Order arrived in good condition and good quality so I gave them another try. Second order was 7 weeks ago which still has not arrived. Again the website had problems and we had upload through wetransfer.com. Andrew Thompson went on holiday and forgot our order and other staff failed to sort it out for us. By the time someone was willing to help the upload had expired and I had to do it again. John the Director promised last week on the delivery which still failed to turn up. They are quick to take your money and give repeated promises . Apology? No way. A request for compensation was given by an angry John and the phone slammed, obviously they are unconcerned about satisfied customers.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY First order placed with professional graphic designer made artwork submitted in the format required by sense, order arrived perfect, in good time and at a good price, second order placed using same artwork etc with minor text edits arrived with totally wrong colour, after immediately informing sense of the problem the wall came up. They would take no responsibility, first tried blaming our designer, then blamed atmospheric conditions in the factory, posiible operator error, possible callibration of machine but claims that is a hazard of printing and that the bronze/ brown colour of our logo which was supposed to be a mid grey was well within acceptable industry tolerances. Refused to re-print, refused to accept liability, I think i spoke to john as some of the other reviewers have and experienced the same arrogant, CBA attitude, he is argumentative, confrontational, unreasonable and almost impossible to hold a reasonable conversation with, the company should run this individual through one of their machines otherwise consider renaming the business NO SENSE CREATIVE as he is extremely damaging for their future. We print over 100,000 postcards, scratchcards, appointment cards every year through a number of printers and we have never experienced such an unprofessional company devoid of customer service and responsibility, to put this into context this particular order was small and worth only £85.00 DO NOT, I REPEAT , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , unless you want to risk wasting your time and money, John can argue all he likes but these are the facts and his service is c**p.

Awful! First thing is, they do not send any proof before printing. I had a font that wasnt embeded, which was my fault I admit but I hadnt realised. They printed the business cards off, didnt check them against the artwork and sent them out to me, they looked awful. I rang them and they refused to help in any way claiming they had too much work to check every job was printed correctly!! I also paid an extra £1 for samples which I thought would be sent out to me prior to printing to make sure I was happy before they printed the rest of the cards. But no, these were just 5 samples of my business card that arrived after my 500 business cards! Why would I want to pay an extra £1 for 5 extra cards to arrive after my order?? Total rubbish customer service, would advise anyone to stay away. Sense Creative are cheap but please pay they little bit extra and go else where.

I have just been on the phone to this company, after using them three times before and experiencing quick, good service. After receiving no response to an email sent to Customer Services asking for advice about submitting artwork for a sticker with a white border, I was surprised not to receive an email straight back, as has happened before. I've just called them now, and managed to speak to someone whom I asked for the same advice in person. After gruffly being told I shouldn't need to ask, I should just submit the artwork, I explained that I was just following up my email as I was surprised no one had got back to me, as they had done before. The guy took this completely the wrong way and accused me of accusing him of not replying to emails, which is absolutely NOT what I was saying. I tried to explain that I'd used them before, and been impressed by their service and just wanted to speak to someone for assurance that my artwork was correct. To which he said something along the lines of "Don't come here accusing us of ignoring emails and assuming we've got your email" and then hung up on me!! When I called back, I stayed calm and polite, and explained I had a lot of business to put his way, based on my previous experiences and there was no need to be rude. He was extremely rude back to me, telling me I'd said things that I absolutely hadn't said. When I asked to speak to the manager, he told me was the business owner. When I tried to explain that I also own and run a business, and in my experience it pays to be polite to people, to help with enquiries rather than tell them not to "be so stupid" and he told me "Perhaps you shouldn't waste time talking to me and go and try to run your own business." Absolutely unbeLIEVable. I was left shaking and extremely upset, and I'm still shaking now. Absolutely unprofessional, rude, shockingly impolite arrogance - the worst experience I've had in 20 years of working with print companies all over the country. Shocking!! I will never contact these people again, and only wish I'd come across this website before now.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I have used them for 6 or 7 orders, and have recommended them for their astonishing price, and quick free delivery. No major problems, bit of creased laminate, some slightly rough colour reproduction, but all in all very good. Until yesterday. I submitted a custom quote, and received a very blunt reply stating they needed more information. I phoned up to clarify the situation, and to add the necessary information (which wasn't really necessary, as I provided the design file) only to be told I must resubmit the quote or they couldn't quote. I explained that the situation was a little more complicated and could I explain to someone doing the quoting. I then got passed to some a**ehole who shouted abuse at me down the phone, and didn't listen to my concerns. I believe his name is John Thomson, if you ever get any problems, beware having to talk to this guy. He was extremely rude and condescending, for no apparent reason, when I was only asking a simple question. I promptly hung up the phone and took my business elsewhere. I decided to write a complaint, and just got a ridiculous reply from John's wife/daughter who sided entirely with him when she'd never even heard the conversation, and offered no real apology. Bunch of jokers, I have warned my colleagues not to use them, and I warn all you readers too. THE most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. BEWARE....

i have used sense creative for about 2 years and placed between 30-40 orders a month with them with no issues. today i have one card that i uploaded for a client at 8pm and i uploaded the incorrect artwork - i uploaded correct artwork at midnight of the same day - only for my customer to receive the order with the incorrect print. when talking with John and Chris they told me the problem was mine and not theirs. that i should have uploaded artwork correctly the first time round and taken responsibility for my actions! i print with many different print companies and this has to be the rudest customer service I've ever had. John told me to like it or lump it. why they couldn't accept that I've actually just uploaded the wrong artwork and then sent new artwork a few hours later and emailed them - yet they wont reprint an order worth £28 to keep my business. Shame on them. During a recession or a double dip surely it's best to keep clients and not loose them. poor poor show.

John is the rudest, non professional person ever! Poor service

Unfortunately what the company do not realise is John has put off many customers (including 3 that I introduced to them and now myself) Stay away from this company P L E A S E John is the rudest, non professional person ever!! You will have to speak to him if anything goes wrong (which according to all the complaints it will go wrong) and he slams down the phone on you if you say anything that he does not like eg can I have my order done correctly? no, then the phone goes down. Problem is that once you pay you are stuffed therefore go with anyone except them
