Seraph Estates is small property management agency that looks after properties for considerate developers and other like minded landlords.
Over the last decade the private rented sector has blossomed and moved away from the image it had years ago. The work force in the UK has also become much more mobile and people in general have become a great deal more service oriented.

Through a combination of these and many other factors, we believe that renting a property has become much more of a life choice and with this the expectations of the quality of the property and the level of service have greatly increased. Unfortunately we feel that the available properties and service from letting agents have not met this demand.

At Seraph Estates we wish to break away from the image of the tyrant landlord and oppressive agent and show that not all landlords are like that. We treat the tenant as much as a client as we do the landlords whose properties we manage.

We work very closely with the landlords, or very often the properties are entirely under our management; therefore we are able to act quicker and fix more of the problems that are often encountered in houses. We are always open to suggestions for improvements and we are happy to try to provide extra levels of service: in a lot of properties we deal with all the bills and are happy to arrange extra services like Sky for you.

We also know that not everyone can afford a penthouse in a serviced apartment block, so we are trying to provide a portfolio of properties across the spectrum, from house-sharing to serviced lets, but with the same level of service from us.

We don't have hundreds of properties on the books at the moment but we are always looking for more properties and more landlords that are aligned with our vision.
