Service Charge Solutions Ltd is a new company, based in the North West of England, which aims to provide commercial property landlords and tenants with specialised support in this often neglected area.

All our services are aimed at compliance with the RICS Service Charge in Commercial Property Code of Practise.

Occupying Tenants – Whether you are a new tenant about to enter into a lease and not want to be ‘stung' by ever increasing service charge demands, or an existing tenant who wishes to challenge the level of service charge levied, we are able to assist.
