"We don't Guarantee our Installation"

"We don't Guarantee our Installation" This firm are nothing but aggravation. They were recommended but have been nothing but trouble. We had a marble fire surround with a gas fire installed. Whilst the fireplace was surveyed the gas fitter did not survey. On installation of the fireplace the installer and his wife decided to have a loud argument in the street outside our house. The gas fitter arrived late following the installation of the fire surround and advised us that "he had no time for this" as we repeated our request that the gas pipe should not be visible. The fire surround has now cracked and the response is "We don't Guarantee our Installations". If this is how you want tradesmen to treat your home then this is the firm for you. Otherwise steer well clear. Photographs are available.
