Nightmare! 21st October 2013 SFS Home Assist sent unregistered people to install a replacement gas boiler. They flooded my bathroom floor which resulted in the flooring lifting. Installed boiler which is too small for my house, changed it for another boiler which is still too small. 5 page report of remedial work which needed to be done from Gas Safe Inspection. SFS Home Assist has ignored me, Trading Standards and Gas Safe. They now have 7 days from 15th January 2014 to do remedial work or Gas Safe will take legal action to have SFS Home Assist licence removed.
