Shaolin Kung Fu NPC is a martial arts club in Brighton and Hove. It is a traditional style that improves fitness, strength, flexibility and confidence. Students learn forms, weapons and self-defence.Chi gung is also taught to aid relaxation and the flow of energy in the body. Classes:The Cornerstone Centre, First Avenue, Hove Thurs 5.30 - 6.30pm (kids) Thurs 6.30- 8pm (adults). The Sports Centre, Uni of Sussex, Falmer Tues 8 - 9.30pm & Wed 7 - 8.30pm.Alive 25 Castle Street, Bright Sat 3.30 - 5pm
