My name is Shaun Tester. I am a 49-year-old freelance personal trainer. I've been in the fitness industry for more than 30 years. Formally the owner of the Bodyrush gym in Norwich, I am fully qualified in fitness and nutrition. As well as running the gym, I completed personal training sessions and taught boxercise, spinning, circuit, and fitness classes. After working in the gym for more than 15 years, I moved to Turkey in 2010 and concentrated on personal training and boot camp classes.

I had some very successful clients in Turkey who also become my friends along the way. The training and nutritional advice that I provided helped them achieve their goals. I have also trained people who had injuries and helped them along their successful recovery.

The training that I provide depends on the client's needs and goals. My training and nutrition plans are tailor-made in order to maximise the potential benefits.
