Just a quick note to express my appreciation for your help and advice with regard to equipment for my mother on Monday. The walking stick with four pads is brilliant and she will use it upstairs. She was delighted with the walking frame and will use it for moving around the downstairs. She was particularly pleased with the trolley frame and used it today to take her cup of tea and chocolate biscuit from the kitchen to the living room.
